Ha. My brother is trying to get a website started up for his band. He got me to take some pictures of him for the bio page. Fussy fussy fussy. I think he changed his shirt about three times. He posed with his guitar, his amp, even with a cardboard stand-up of Data (Star Trek) he has. Fuss fuss fuss.

Hmm...what do you get when you combine Darcy (Pride and Prejudice - A&E version: "Quick! Rewind to the swimming scene!") and Spike (of Buffy)? Sparcy, of course. Who is currently Monique's binder boy (i.e. pictures of both plastered all over her books). Add Legolas to the mix (which I think she will do, as soon as she sees the movie), and you get "Spargolas." Try saying that three times fast.

Lorf of the Rings tomorrow! Finally. Was going to try to catch a sneak preview screening at BV Tuesday night, but mom wouldn't let us...is 18 really too young to watch a movie at 10 pm with my 21-year-old brother? Anyway, I just finished reading the first book again. I actually liked it this time around; the first time I read it, it seemed really boring. Meh.
Nine hour shopping marathon yesterday. Fairview in the morning, Eaton Centre in the afternoon with Ming and Mon. Eventually, we went into shoe stores only because they had chairs available. Mmm...Old Navy.
Carol Service at 6.30...very hot basement. Changed into my uniform without even noticing that there were men (teachers and dignified parents) just around the corner. Oh well. Someone gave me a little glow in the dark finger puppet/monster before we sat down. Ended up playing with it all night ("Grr! Argggh!") instead of listening.

Adventures of AccordionGuy in the 21st Century: Highway 7
Too tired to write anything right now. First real day of school since exams. Guh.

Shopping, shopping, shopping. And bubble tea. Actually more like following mom around Fairview Malll for three hours. Well, I got birthday pajamas out of it (they glow in the dark!). I was told that I would wake up in the middle of the night sometime and scare myself silly, but no problems so far. Homing's coming home tomorrow! Yeah ha ha ha. Even out the odds: two parents vs. two kids.

Psst. Let me tell you a secret...
I have a magic locker.
Really! I got to school this morning and it had miraculously sprouted leaves and flowers and a lop-sided bluebird. And everytime I opened it today, there was a present waiting for me! First some raspberry Body Shop stuff (yum), then a piggy bank (monkey bank? Shaped like one), and then one of those spiffy fiberglass lights. It's magic, I tell you!
Of course, it could be because it's my birthday today and none of my friends could find me because of the chem exam, so they left stuff in my locker instead, but that isn't likely. It was magic. I have a magic locker. Nothing more, nothing less.

A deep thought from the:edge:
"Who was the idiot who invented the fork when we've got perfectly good fingers?"
A clarification from Moby:
"So, to clarify, I'm going to a hot, dry, dusty place with sand and rocks, and I'm not going to a land of chocolate and whipped cream."
And a spastic exam panic from me:
"Physics exam in four days! Gaaaa! Ffffftz! Ffftttz! THUNK!"

Again, new template. I really should be studying, but I got bored. Another random title image. I wonder how long I can stay with black and white before changing it again? Ho-hum. I starting to miss blue. No, no. Will stick with change. I still need to play around with the font colour. The text is a little too glaring. And bold text looks funny. The thing about Blogger is that it looks completely different after you publish it. Different from a trial template, I mean. The spacing gets all messed up.
Spiffy! bwg world tour. Hey, he's coming to Toronto! Today (gone already, I'm guessing), and on the 11th (coincidentally my birthday and my chemistry exam). By the looks of it, it's just a stopover. Enjoy Pearson, bwg! Even if you do end up in the terminal with the 70's funkishness (i.e. orange and brown tile motif from, when else, the 70's).
